Transport, Energy and contract management specialists
RoadRailPort is a multi-disciplinary consultancy which provides practical advice and solutions for transport, logistics and regional development projects.
We are executive level personnel with experience in both private and public sectors from project concept to delivery, particularly in relation to transport and logistics, approval processes, transport and manufacturing operations and maintenance, and associated infrastructure solutions. We have worked across mining, agricultural and transport sectors, and particularly enjoy working in regional and remote areas.
We can assist with all aspects of
- Identifying and developing transport solutions for commodity projects
- Optimising operations
- Project Management
- Government liaison
- Capability building and workforce development.
We offer real world, practical experience in local, regional and international contexts. We can help with small projects, limited scope reviews, multi-billion dollar infrastructure programs, and everything in between. We always seek to understand the commercial, environmental and social imperatives of projects. If we believe we do not have the expertise, we will be upfront, and provide alternative expertise/suggestions – we believe our referees would attest to our commitment to doing the best job possible for a small number of trusted clients over time.
